Initially, we had to generate hype and get the ball rolling for Nibbles, ensuring that the word got out there. Following this, we had to develop a strategy to help increase brand awareness, foot traffic and as a result, growing sales and building a stronger digital presence.

The Process
So, firstly we optimised Nibbles’ website, with a new interface, and updated products too. Then, we promoted the experience of the desserts being made as well as the products. Secondly, focused on optimizing off page SEO along with Google My Business and on Page SEO. Their Social Media pages and Website Traffic both experienced growth and reach had increased. We also ensured that the Menu Cards had been redesigned, according to the products, and brand theme, etc. Then, we also began to explore other social media platforms which allowed the brand to increase their exposure. We also promoted the brand via Social Media Marketing, allowing them to reach targeted audiences.
