Scarpetta is an Italian Restaurant, in the heart of Melbourne, and offers an environment where authentic Italian cuisine and a relaxing atmosphere blend together to create a unique and luxurious, yet affordable, fine-dining experience.

We were tasked to optimise Scarpetta’s website, with a brand new User Interface, that is user friendly, aligned with the branding, and promoted online orders for the restaurant too. Once live, we also had to ensure the website was ranking high for local search on Google, and how we can improve their brand awareness and brand presence.

The website needed to highlight the artistry involved in our Italian cuisine, from the intricate preparation of each dish to the high-quality ingredients that make every meal exceptional. Visuals of the beautifully plated dishes, along with descriptions that convey the passion and tradition behind them, were essential.

As everyone started to return to usual post covid, our online ordering system had to match the service. It had to reflect the richness of Scarpetta’s Italian cuisine, and focus on creating a seamless, high-quality online order experience. We ensured that the online ordering process is intuitive and elegant, mirroring the sophistication of dining in the restaurant. This way, customers are able to enjoy the exceptional Italian dining experience from the comfort of their own homes.
